A new nighttime show debuting during Disney Festival of Holidays in 2024 will gather friends and families to listen to heartfelt stories and timeless songs in an enchanting celebration of the season. Mariachi Alegría de Disneyland, accompanied by graceful dancers, delivers intimate, bilingual performances of beloved Christmas songs.
The celebration closes with a special appearance by Miguel from Pixar Animation Studios’ “Coco” for a beautiful rendition of “Silent Night.”
THE STORYTELLERS OF PLAZA DE LA FAMILIA CELEBRATE THE MUSICAL WORLD OF COCO
Can you tell I’m on a Coco roll?! This little musical gem was a joy to write and develop with a fantastic Disney Creative team! it opened in Summer of 2024 at Disney California Adventure.
Let the music move your should at The Storytellers of Plaza de la Familia celebrate the story of Coco through song. From “Remember Me” to “The World Es Mi Familia,” to the iconic Mexican folk song, “La Llorona,” these unforgettable musical moments remind us that the powerful bonds of family live forever in our proud córazon!

THE HEARTBEAT OF NEW ORLEANS—A LIVING MURAL
With a limited run at Disneyland on the Rivers of America, this water show is filled with animated spectacles, lights, and some good ole N’awlins music. It was great to tap into my New Orleans roots and help bring this show to life.
We all wanna be part of that number!
Set to a dynamic jazz score, projections on the Rivers of America will tell a short, whimsical tale of a mischievous little frog from the bayou that leaps into the lively heartbeat of New Orleans when he is lured by the jazzy sounds he hears in the distance.
